Seedable Studio

Seedable is developing an innovative app to improve communication between tenants and housing associations, streamlining reporting, maintenance, and energy monitoring. Tenants can report repairs, track requests, and access information, while associations gain real-time data to enhance property management and sustainability.

The app helps monitor energy use, allowing associations to reduce emissions and improve efficiency. Using gamification and intuitive design, Seedable engages tenants, promotes responsible resource use, and optimises usability, supporting cost savings and greener housing management.

Through Innovation Net Zero, we consulted on Seedable’s solution, refining its technology to better fit market needs. Our support included market insights, researching housing associations, understanding corporate strategies, and identifying new customer opportunities to enhance commercial success. We also advised on Seedable’s pitch deck, ensuring it effectively presented the solution to housing associations, clients, and investors.

Additionally, we helped identify funding opportunities and provided mentorship to develop a competitive business case. To strengthen Seedable’s sustainability strategy, we developed a decarbonisation plan, outlining ways to reduce emissions by optimising digital infrastructure and data efficiency. 

 

With this support, Seedable is now positioned to scale its platform, drive growth, and support the transition to net zero.
