CRS are an environmental consultancy specialising in waste and resource management. They are working to disrupt the status quo and create localised waste procurement cooperatives. CRS have been working to develop an app to empower localised groups of small businesses to procure waste collection services through ‘huddle buying’.

GreenTrail

GreenTrail located in Vale of Glamorgan are developing an innovative app designed to support ramblers and the general public in managing public rights of way and promoting biodiversity across natural landscapes. Through the app, walkers can report issues such as fallen trees blocking paths, enabling volunteers and agencies to address these hazards quickly.

Grounds for Good

Vale of Glamorgan based Grounds for Good create innovative products from reused coffee grounds that are good for people, good for communities, and good for the planet. They aim to change what people consider to be waste whilst supporting homeless individuals across Wales.

Maruthi Quality Management Services

Maruthi, based in Barry, specialises in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance, helping businesses navigate regulatory frameworks while improving their environmental and social impact. They are developing innovative technology to help businesses meet regulatory requirements and streamlined energy and carbon reporting.

European Airline Solutions

European Airline Solutions (EAS) specialises in sustainable aviation by repurposing old equipment into high-performance ground support solutions. Emphasising circular economy principles, EAS reduces waste and carbon emissions in the industry.

LAPSING

Lapsing, based in Barry, is developing an innovative, sustainability-focused app that connects users with local suppliers to promote sustainable practices. The solution simplifies access to car services, insurance, and other local providers, actively supporting waste reduction and digital efficiency, aligning with net zero goals.

Terraffix

Terrafix specialises in circular economy nature-based solutions (NBS) for restoring and re-creating biodiverse habitats across the UK. Terraffix employs cutting-edge techniques such as hydroseeding and continuous pyrolysis to support clients' journey to Net Zero.

Enviro365 specialises in innovative sensors for agriculture, monitoring water conditions to alert farmers about high phosphate and nitrate levels. Their solutions promote sustainable farming by enabling proactive management of water quality and nutrient levels.

Cambrian Civil Engineering provides a range of construction services, including groundworks, project management, and waste and storage facilities. Committed to decarbonisation, they are actively researching innovative energy-efficient building designs, eco-friendly materials, and the integration of renewable energy systems to drive sustainability in the construction sector.

Luna Tides, based in the Vale of Glamorgan, is a creative agency specialising in sustainable video and design production, committed to eco-conscious creativity. They are pioneering Exposure, an AI-driven solution designed to help businesses create sustainable content. By harnessing AI, Exposure enables organisations to produce eco-friendly media.

Good Carma Foods is a small, innovative food business located in the heart of Carmarthenshire, specialising in a diverse range of plant-based products. They create natural, vegan, gluten-free, and palm oil-free cheese alternatives made from nuts, focusing on sustainability, nutrition, and biodiversity.

Carmarthen Deli are a family-run business based in Carmarthen Market. They plan to move to new units, aiming to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.

Slowly is an innovative mushroom company dedicated to producing high-quality medicinal teas and mushroom products from a diverse range of mushrooms.
